Pierce Artemide susoension lamp
Varnished aluminium hanging LED lamp. Opening out of a slim disk are fluttering spirals, which fall gently downwards, creating magical effects of form and light.
Ariette Flos wall lamp Tobia Scarpa, 1973. Wall or ceiling lamp with diffused light. Diffuser in synthetic fabric. Wall connection in polyamide loaded with 30% glass fibre.
Arco Flos lamp
From the unmistakable shape, the Arch lamp designed by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni is produced by Flos since 1962. The lamp is characterised by the particular shape of the stem, supported by the imposing base in white Carrara marble. Inspired by street lamp designs, it is one of the few lamps capable of projecting light from top to bottom without being suspended. How it is made: base in white Carrara marble, steel arm and hat.
Taccia Flos lamp
Created by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni in 1958, Taccia was initially conceived in plastic. The Castiglioni brothers believed that Kartell would know how to make it since Kartell already used this material in their products. The experiment, however, failed due to the deformations generated by the heat of the incandescent bulb on the plastic. It was Flos who, starting in 1962, put it into production, replacing the material of the initial design with aluminium for the reflector and transparent glass for the diffuser.
